Battlefield’s fans have been struggling with the franchise for quite some time now. Even though the most recent entry in Battlefield 2042 wasn’t so positively received, I still had some pretty cool moments in it. Regardless of my personal taste, the community as a whole has expressed its displeasure. Well it appears that EA has heard those voices loud and clear because they dropped the multiplayer gameplay trailer for Battlefield 6 today, and wow. Not only was I pumped at the remix with Limp Bizkit’s Break Stuff, but the trailer had all the action packed goodness I remember from earlier iterations. It definitely has an old school yet modern feel to it. Sort Last Company 2 meets Battlefield 4? If that makes sense?
In the trailer you can see explosions that decimate buildings, ladders to get up to higher floors of said buildings, jets, drones, and dragging buddies by their collars across the destruction. It simply looks hectic and that is exactly what I want to see. How will it feel as we get our hands on the beta in just a few short days? Only time will tell!
